Joint research centre with Nanjing University is opened

July, 2014

An official opening ceremony was held on 7th July 2014 for the joint research centre for wide bandgap semiconductor optoelectronics. The VC and PVCs and a senior delegation from Nanjing University attended the ceremony.

Summer School on III-nitride Optoelectronics

A new Ph.D studentship is available!

A 3-year full Ph.D studentship is open. This is for UK/EU student only. However, overseas students will be considered and also welcome to join the team. The applicant should have, or expect to obtain, a first or upper second honours degree.
